LABB (Life Accident and Dismemberment Burial Benefit with Hospital Confinement Daily Benefit) – is the latest unique and low cost protection plan specially designed for low-paid Filipino Employees, Workers, Laborers and Toiling Hands.
Benefits of the Plan:

• Life Insurance
  In the event of the insured’s death due to natural cause, the loved ones or the designated beneficiaries will be receiving P100, 000.00 cash benefit.
• Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit
  In case of accidental death, the loved ones will be receiving an additional P100,000.00 as accidental benefit or a total of P200,000.00

• Cash Burial Benefit
  P20, 000.00 cash Burial Benefit will be given to the love ones or designated beneficiary if the insured dies.
• Hospital Confinement Daily Benefit
  If as a result of “such injuries” or “such sickness”, an Insured is necessarily confined in a hospital as an in-patient under the care of registered physician or surgeon, the Company will pay the Daily Benefit of P1,000.00/day. (max. of 30 days per confinement)

ELIGIBILITY AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

• Those 18 to 64 years old are qualified to avail this plan for 1 year (renewable).
• In good health
• Gainfully employed
• Not an active member of the AFP (Military, Navy), PNP, CAFGUs and Brgy. Self Defense Units
• Not engaged in hazardous occupation or sports
  • e.g. Aviators/Pilots, Acrobats, Professional athletes, OFW/Seafarers
